uBITX v6 angled face plate
thingiverse
This is an angled face plate design for the ubitx v6 radio with 4.3 inch Nextion touchscreen. This requires the corners of the case be cut and drilled. I have supplied a cut and drill template for printing. I suggest you cut your case a little oversized and file to get a perfect fit. Search online for instructions for loading the correct firmware on both the screen and the radio. I used the nextion 4.3 inch screen found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015DMOVJA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This screen requires another 5v regulator. The original one running the arduino does not provide enough current for everything. I also suggest mounting that regulator (possible 7805) to the case to use the case as a heat sink. You will also need some short m3 screws to mount the screen. I printed the face plate from PLA standing up in the normal position with supports enabled. Feel free to experiement with your printer to see what works best for you. There are two versions, with and without a hole for an AGC switch. The pins on the PCB that holds the arduino nano need to be bent back around a 45 degree angle.
