Update 2014/07/09: This latest version is a significant improvement over its predecessors, boasting a sleeker design, reduced weight, and enhanced reliability. Installation remains straightforward, with no changes to the process. However, it's crucial that this component be printed using a material with exceptional layer bonding properties, as inadequate materials may cause the bosses to split prematurely. This setup boasts impressive gains in terms of size, weight, and maintenance requirements compared to the stock hotend or most aftermarket alternatives. Clogging has been nonexistent so far, and the Z build height has seen a notable increase. Ringing and linear bearing play-related wobble should also be significantly reduced. Complex assembly and disassembly procedures are now a thing of the past, thanks to this design's streamlined nature. Notes: * The UBIS is based on a thermistor design, which requires adding a 4.7k ohm resistor to R23 on the main board and implementing minor firmware adjustments. * There's no provision for a fan mount, as it's intended to work in conjunction with a crossflow fan, as suggested by [foehnsturm on the UM forums](http://umforum.ultimaker.com/index.php?/topic/2839-the-physics-of-cooling/?p=24211). * The hotend clamp is secured using four #2 x 0.5" plastite screws (http://www.mcmaster.com/#99512a162/=pw83rw).
