2U Rack Mount for Ubiquiti Switch lite 16 PoE This design is printed in 3 parts and assembled together using 8x M3-.50 x 10mm Screws and 8x M3-.50 Hex nuts. This was designed as Ubiquiti doesn't design or provide a rack mount solution for this switch and a solution to rack mount the device in a 19" network cabinet was needed. Current solutions offered online are over priced at 7x material cost. Included are the Fusion 360 Design files to allow remixes of the center piece for other devices such as modems or other Ubiquiti gear of similar size with no current rack mount options. Instructions using PETG: Print 2x Rack Ears (~13 hours 3 minutes with 75% infill and 0.16 Resolution) Print 1x Middles section (~28 Hours 8 minutes with 75% infill and 0.16 Resolution) Total print time on single build plate ~58 Hours 47 minutes. Tolerances are very tight to prevent sagging Assembly: Install 8x M3-.50 Hex nuts into middle section in the 4 designated holes on the left and right side. Attach rack ears to middle section using 4x M3-.50 x 10mm screws for each ear.
