I printed the designs for a friend who found them on Sigma Projects: https://www.sigmaprojects.org/projects/view/routerstation-pro-case. The site offers three options, but I chose the second design as it was easier to print with minimal support material needed. Originally, the top had bumps for stacking, so I removed them and printed the top upside down to avoid supports around the bumps. To reduce material usage, I created a hex cutout pattern and added an "nlm" logo, which is a stylized reminder to Never Lose Momentum. I included the original STL files from Sigma Projects for the v2 design, my revised router top (router-top-revised), and the vented router top with the nlm logo insert. The insert should be printed at less than 100% to fit cleanly; I printed it scaled down and still had to sand and file it to get a press fit. I also included the SketchUp file used to redo the router top, in case you want to make changes. Print Settings: Printer - Monoprice Maker Ultimate, Rafts - No, Supports - Yes, Resolution - 0.2mm, Infill - 20%. Notes: I printed the base with 0mm top/bottom surfaces and a triangular infill for a nice vented pattern. The top was printed with both top and bottom layers for extra strength; it might be worth doing if you print the solid top instead of my version.
