This thing was created with Tinkercad, and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3kSMkY3ByAH. I needed a way to align two NAM5 Wifi bridge units over long range, so I decided that a laser pointer might be the solution. After finding the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSiutVlL0tM, I thought it was a good idea, but I realized there were too many places where things might not be as well aligned as possible with wood construction. So, I designed one for 3D printing that should provide very accurate angles to hold the laser pointer (there are still issues with laser pointers themselves not being perfectly aligned, but I can't fix that). The jig attaches to the ubiquiti NSM5 (or other Ubiquity models, probably) using an elastic band, and the laser pointer attaches to the jig with a thin elastic band. It's simple yet precise. Tape down the laser pointer button and start aligning your radios.
