Ubertooth One Case

Ubertooth One Case

The UbertoothOne, a Bluetooth Spectrum Analyzer, comes as a bare circuit board if bought assembled. As I couldn't find a suitable design on Thingiverse, I decided to print my own 3D case for it, which turned out successful. The clear filament works best, but we ran out. The back cap is a bit loose, but attaches firmly when connected to the USB plug. To create the design using 123D Design Desktop app, I made six different sketches: a main box, antenna, inner box, outer cap, and inner cap. After extruding and centering these sketches, I grouped the cap for easy movement. However, I faced an issue with the Makerbot printer not printing the cap simultaneously with the case; I had to use Autodesk to fix this problem before sending it to Makerware.
