UBERNeb for Polysher IPA Polishing System

It's been 24 months since I first worked on the melamine wick system for the polysher, and through using it, I discovered that it was extremely finicky when trying to get it just right to go from alarm mode to no mist. It seemed the tension required was too precise for the coarse screw I designed. Well, today, after nearly destroying the "Edition 2" Polysher they sent me after receiving not one but two completely ineffective nebulizers, I finally had enough. So I put my mind to it, and eventually figured out what was causing all of the headaches setting up my own melamine wicks. It was the shape of the wick itself. So I redesigned it, tested it, and found this design produces double the mist and consistently hits the top of the machine. Better yet, it's a breeze to dial in and only requires one or two (at most) adjustments to get back to production. I'm calling it UBERNeb. I know, it's cheesy, but it's not the worst idea I had for a name. I included a full walkthrough this time on how to construct the optimized melamine wick. Besides a tension disk, my original design for the precision case hasn't changed. Here's a video of this beast in action: https://youtu.be/t2gJqqnzjK8 Enjoy!
