The UB-16 is a soviet rocket launcher equipped in aircrafts, it is considered light when compared to its brother rocket launcher, the UB-32. The rocket launcher UB-16 is identical to the UB-32 while transporting a smaller number of rockets. The UB-16 is much lighter, can be used in smaller aircraft and at the same time can be used in conjunction with other attack systems such as missiles. Like its bigger brother the UB-32, the UB-16 was employed in various systems of Soviet origin, since fixed-wing aircraft (like the MiG-23) to attack helicopters (Like the Mi-24 Hind). The UB-16 launch the successful S-5 Rocket. This UB-16 Rocket Launcher can be attached to the stock Freewing L-39 Pylons in place of the drop tanks that come with the kit. Remixed to print in 2 parts with a joiner and slightly enlarged to fit the pylon better. Epoxy some magnets into the slot to help it stay in place. Print it in the default orientation with these or lighter settings: - 2 shells, 4 bottom and 6 top layers - front section prints without infill - rear section prints with 2% infill or 0% infill - experiment with your printer No support or raft required. Glue together with CA, sand, filler primer and paint.
