3D printing technology has truly revolutionized the world, allowing us to accomplish what was once deemed impossible. The ideas it has inspired are countless, from drones and 3D printed components to futuristic sea and space vessels. However, not all of these projects can be implemented as is due to various reasons such as time constraints for modeling or patent protection. Military applications have also been deliberately avoided in this challenge. As a result, the projects presented are merely symbols of the fantastic potential of 3D printing technology. Improvisation and innovation continue to fuel more questions than answers. The proposed design for an aircraft includes intricate details such as wings with hinges and integrated fuel tanks, solar panels on alternate wings for electric motor-powered aircraft, and a metal film for anti-icing on the front edge. The fuselage consists of two separate blocks for printing, including the command module, chassis, and cargo container. The back part includes a keel, rudder, tail wheel, and integrated conductor rails in the tail. The main landing gear is incorporated into the front unit of the fuselage, featuring non-pneumatic tires. The stabilizer rotates by a honeycomb structure hinge, while the variable pitch propeller can be manually rearranged on the ground. Bevel gears on the ends of the blades allow for rotation, and the central part of the propeller spinner fixes the blades. A resonance exhaust system with complex surfaces based on splines is optimized for motor operation (2-stroke), and a pitot airspeed sensor is included in the aircraft's theme. While not all projects can be implemented as is, 3D printing technology continues to push the boundaries of what's possible and inspire new ideas and challenges.
