UAE The Ultimate Android Emulator Game Console
thingiverse
I wanted to create an all-in-one handheld console, and I knew there were several designs that worked with the Raspberry Pi. However, at this time, the Raspberry Pi isn't powerful enough to emulate N64 games or PS1 games effectively. So, I considered which device could do this job better, and smartphones have significantly increased in power over the past few years. I had a Samsung S6 lying around with an OLED screen and purchased a Bluetooth gamepad. To my surprise, it worked very well, but I still wanted something that looked like a real game console. Therefore, I designed this enclosure for it. It only works with this gamepad and a Samsung S6 smartphone at present, but it can be modified to work with other popular phones as well. If you have a suggestion of another smartphone I could modify it to work with, please let me know! You can play various consoles and emulators on this handheld console, including: N64 - MEGAN64 PS1 - ePSXe Dreamcast - Reicast PSP - PPSSPP MAME - MAME4DROID NES - Nostalgia SNES - Superretro16 GameCube - Dolphin GameBoy - My Oldboy GBA - My Boy NDS - DrastiC Sega Genesis - MD.emu All Android games To play, you need to install the emulators from the Google Play Store.
