I recently worked on a project that involved the Alfawise U20 screen. Initially, I planned to use screws to secure the LCD and the support that fits into the hole left by the LCD in the metal casing. However, I soon realized that using hot glue was a faster and more straightforward approach. I applied hot glue to attach the LCD to the front panel and also used it for the piece that goes into the metal casing's hole. The only screws required are those that connect the front panel to the piece that fits into the metal casing. This method is simpler and works well. You may need to trim a little from the corners of the piece that fits into the metal casing so that it can fit properly in place, as I had to do.
