This ready-to-assemble HO 1:87 scale U15 Hopper model simply needs trucks and couplers. With their history of hauling aggregate, sand, coal, and phosphate since the 1960s for railroad companies Atlantic Coast Line, Seaboard Coast Line, Family Lines, Seaboard System, and CSX, these hoppers are highly detailed models. Two STL files make up this model: a car body file and a coupler box cover file. In addition to the STL files, there's also a Sketchup file included that's ready for printing and can be edited or resized. However, keep in mind that scaling is ten times larger in Sketchup due to its limitations with small scales. A PDF file is also available containing vector art as a reference guide for decal creation. Measuring 139mm in length, this HO scale body suits best for resin printing processes.
