U-Wing Bin for Harbor Freight Organizer (X-Wing TMG)

Large, half-height container for a pair of U-Wings. This is part of my Harbor Freight X-Wing collection. I'd like to thank Matt a.k.a. ryanvito for his crucial assistance in pulling this design together. How I Designed This Firstly, I sketch the outline on paper and then measure out a set of points to create a polygon around the outside of the ship. Next, I code up that information in OpenSCAD as my initial step in creating the blank. Afterward, I determine the depth my container will need to be to perfectly nest the ship inside it. Typically, I also create a cutout in the bottom to save plastic. The "bintools" code is then responsible for generating a test outline that is more cost-effective and faster to print so I can check if things are accurate. Additionally, this code places the outline within a container (in this case two of them). Ryanvito kindly did the test prints for this one, which was always a huge help. Thanks!
