U.V Curing Station Controller

Having to cure 3D printed resin models with U.V light, I required a curing station that could handle this task. So, I designed a universal PCB board featuring the following components: A 1.3-inch OLED screen for easy monitoring. A rotary encoder with switch for menu and time settings, allowing for precise control. Start and stop switches to initiate and terminate the curing process at will. Control over the u.v led light to ensure proper exposure. Control over Motor Speed - equipped with a PTC fuse and rail filtering and snubber on board for added protection. Control over Fan speed to maintain optimal temperature conditions. A buzzer is also included for alerts and notifications. The Hall effect switch on the lid ensures safe operation by preventing accidental opening during curing. This design utilizes common parts, making it easy to assemble and maintain. Hardware Options: Selecting motor voltage through a jumper - 12v or 5v - allows for flexibility in setup. Built-in Timer presets for precise control over the curing process. Lid protection timeout to prevent accidents during operation. OLED Contrast Control for optimal screen visibility. Screen Timeout - blanks the screen after a set period of inactivity. Fan Control Timeouts - ensures safe and efficient operation.
