U Shape Aluminum LED Channel Clips

This is a custom clip for mounting and joining aluminum U-channel for LED strip lights. It's designed to overcome the limitations of standard clips that often fall short when securing 16-foot lengths, which typically come in 3.3-foot sections. The small size of typical clips makes it challenging to maintain proper alignment of the track, leading to potential issues with the overall installation. To address this problem, I created longer clips capable of holding two sections of U-channel together and keeping them aligned. These custom clips have proven effective in maintaining the alignment of the track, making them a valuable asset for anyone working with LED strip lights. By sharing this solution, I hope to help others avoid the same challenges and ensure their installations are done efficiently and accurately.
