<p>These designs were made with a flat-back surface to be wall mountable. &nbsp;The height of these designs, while laying on it's back, is 8 mm with the width at 100 mm. &nbsp;You can resize/rescale it for your printing pleasure.</p><p><strong>***NOTE***</strong> Each USCG CPO Anchor is different for mounting one or more “<strong>Chief Stars</strong>” so please be mindful on how you select and print each file.</p><p>I decided to split this rank into separate components is only one reason. &nbsp;I wanted the shield and star(s) to be a silver color and the anchor to be gold. &nbsp;Kinda like the actual collared version rank, right?! &nbsp;By aligning the key-whole (male/female end) on the back of the shield and star, you'll be able to push it into the anchor and is self-centering thus making it a complete rank! &nbsp;<strong>(See Pictures)</strong></p><p>I Recommend using the “Z Hop - Retraction” when printing the shield. &nbsp;The following settings for retractions on this design are from Ultimaker's - Cura Slicer:</p><p><strong>Print Travel:</strong> &nbsp;*<strong>Please note, the setting below may increase your print time!</strong>**</p><p>Enable Retractions: &nbsp;Yes</p><p>Retract at Layer Change: &nbsp;Yes</p><p>Avoid Printed Parts While Traveling: &nbsp;Yes (This helps a little to avoid Stringing)</p><p>Z Hop When Retracting: &nbsp;Yes</p><p>Z Hop Height: &nbsp;0.2</p><p>Much love to my Guardians out there, who are always on call and always ready to save the day!</p><p>I hope you all enjoy and have fun with the designs!</p>
