U-Lock Holder -Under Saddle Seat

A custom u-lock holder designed specifically for the Kryptonite Mini-5. I opted out of using the original attachment bracket and didn't want it cluttering up my frame triangle. My design was inspired by a PVC u-lock holder on instructables that fit in the same spot, so I refined it further. Before you install this holder, make sure the key slot is accessible from behind your seat to ensure easy unlocking. The inside diameter of the barrel measures 31.6mm and extends 68mm deep. Please note that this design was tailored for my Kryptonite Mini-5 lock, not all locks. To secure it in place, I used four zip-ties with some force applied as it fits rather snugly against the rails.
