U-BOOT The Boardgame is a thrilling experience and I was eager to receive my Kickstarter copy, but the default storage solution left much to be desired. Players must store chips for tracking items like cigarettes and medicine separately in zip-lock bags, which can be frustrating. This organizer resolves that issue by fitting all the chips (excluding the puzzle piece and flooded section chip) while keeping a small footprint. Each compartment is designed to accommodate the number of chips or markers available, so the first two compartments are dedicated to Activation Tokens since there are 90 of those in total, with 45 in each. The subsequent compartments are smaller due to the reduced quantity of other chips. To fit snugly inside the original box, the organizer requires the following dimensions: **Box** * Length: 355.75 mm * Height: 83.75 mm * Width: 30 mm **Lid** * Length: 366.15 mm * Height: 94.15 mm * Width: 40.40 mm The design includes cavities to minimize material waste, but I recognize that these dimensions might not be suitable for everyone's printbed (my own is only 300 x 300). I plan to create alternative versions that are more adaptable, such as two separate pieces or a version with doubled width to reduce height. If you have a preference for a smaller-sized print bed, please let me know! I may also add decorative elements to the lid, like embossed submarines or other designs.
