So I'm a brewer/distiller by trade and we ferment all our worts/washes in 25L plastic fermenters. When it comes time to cleaning/sterilizing, we usually add one tablespoon of Chlorinated Tri-Sodium Phosphate per five litres of water and fill the fermenter up to the brim. It's not a difficult task to keep track of, but when you're sterilizing multiple tubs, you can sometimes lose count of how many scoops you've added. I say no more! One scoop from this tool, per fermenter, and you're done! I'll also be creating another version of this measuring spoon sized for a 19L Cornelius Keg, so keep an eye on my profile for that too.
