As a brewer/distiller, I know firsthand the fun part comes after all the hard work is done - drinking time! All of our beer gets kegged into 19L Cornelius Kegs. But we can't forget about sterilization and cleaning - it's a crucial 90% of brewing. When it's time to clean or sterilize, we use 1 tablespoon of Chlorinated Tri-Sodium Phosphate per 5 litres of water and fill the keg up to the top. It's not rocket science, but keeping track can be tricky, especially when sanitizing multiple kegs at once. That's why I created this measuring spoon - just one scoop is all you need for each keg!
