TYWE3S Flashing Jig no alligator clips
thingiverse
This part is remixed from Stephenlofgren. It uses male to female dupont connectors and small pogo pins. I found that the large pogo pins would touch the metal cover next to the pins so I decided to use smaller pins. I inserted the male pins on the top to intercept the pogo pins and thus connect at a 90 degree angle. The position of the dupont connectors still allows for the clamp to go over the top. Because the pogo pins are smaller they dont require as much force to push the jig down. I have also added a stop so that the fixture can be pushed into position and align the pins. I used superglue in the space between the pogo pins and the dupont connectors to keep the pins from falling since the holes tend to loosen up with time.
