I got a second hand Yamaha TYU-40 some time ago, but was missing one of the music card that come with it. Fortunately, the music card on that keyboard are just plastic part with nibs that push on buttons, there is no electronics in them. As I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that have lost music card for that lovely children keyboard, I do share here the design I made to replace any of the three cards.
