TYT-9800D fan shroud

This is a shroud I made for my TYT 9800D because under higher duty cycles, the thing gets hot. All of the components that get hot are mounted to the thicker aluminum bottom, and the fan sort of blows onto nothing, relying on the thermal conductivity sideways through aluminum to cool it off. With this shroud, I added a second 40mm fan, flipped the whole thing upside down, mounted them to blow down on the fan, and just printed some 40mm fan guards. some m3 bolts and nuts hold it together
