We created the first-ever model of a Tyrannosaurus rex brain by scanning a fossilized skull (AMNH FR 5117) from the American Museum of Natural History's collection using CT technology. We extracted the brain cavity and internal structures with Avizo, resulting in a detailed brain endocast. Next, we refined the model in Maya, customized it in Zbrush, and then uploaded it to Sketchfab for sharing. Ryan Ridgely handled the 3D visualization work, and Witmer and Ridgely published their findings on tyrannosaur brain evolution in a scientific article that included this specimen in 2009 (http://bit.ly/1R8xyHE). You can download an OBJ file here, which you may need to convert to STL for 3D printing.
