Here are my attempts to create arachnid inspired spiders that can interact with people who like the ones found in Robert Heinlein's classic novel "Starship Troopers." The 3d model was inspired by the spider on Thingverse which is a collection of things, designs and models available under a creative commons license. The part used for this robot's upper torso design, has four limbs that give it a strong, balanced look to its overall frame, making this design a true work of art that anyone can understand with their eyes.
