Typhon v7 HDZero camera mounts
thingiverse
These are fixed-angle mounts for the most common HDZero cameras (Micro V2 and Nano 90) on the SouthEastFPV Typhon v7 frame. They're angled at 50° for my personal racing preference.DesignThe fit on the lens is pretty tight but should it should fit in there if your printer is well tuned. It's tight enough that even in crashes the angle shouldn't change.Durability-wise, I don't have enough data in how the mount protects your camera but I reckon it should not be noticably different than other designs. In all races I attended this season (2023), I didn't destroy a camera despite crashing (and mid-airing) a lot.PrintPrint the mount as it comes in the STL. Supports are recommended unless you know your printer handles overhags in TPU well enough for 50° angles. I recommend organic supports for best results.Edit 2024-08-22:Added a mount for the Nano 90 camera that moves the whole camera body up. This way, you can more easily use a stack saver that protects the whole 25mm standoff height. Also added a model that accounts for the HDZero replacement (upgrade) lens.
