I'm printing human organs, ten percent filled, at a layer height of .2 and did a filament change at thirty layers so the words are now a different color. I used tree-like supports at forty degrees bed only or everywhere, but it's harder to get them out when you use them everywhere. Hopefully some people with diabetes can benefit from this.
