My Simple Design for a Bracket to mount on a Mennekes Typ 2 Charging Cable. This allows you to organize the cable while charging an avoid it to sit on the curb in the wet and muddy environment. :-) Pictures speak for themselves. As far as i know, there a two Versions of the Mennekes Plug, one is a little slimer around the Grip. If you have this you may need to scale down the part a little. This one is for the bigger one. Also tried it on a Delphi Cable. V1.0 Perfect fit is only "guaranteed" with - Mennekes Typ 2 Charging Cable, 7,5m, SN No: 36247. CSL17A0272 - Mennekes Typ 2 Charging Cable, smaler Grip, as seen in pictures: scale down to x/y 80% for use with Version 2: still best fit on Mennekes Typ 2 Cabel, but should fit better on other cables as well, try printing in TPU - V2.0 - larger Paddel - for smaler Menneks Plug print X/Y 95% - highly recommend printing in TPU - more to come... What you can try: If it won't fit, you can measure the diameter of your Plug and the scale the part a little, print 2 Layers and make a first fit, further adjust till it fits perfectly. If you achieve good fit let me know the settings and Supplier and SN of your cable.
