Tyler here! First, you'll notice that prints with minimal overhangs don't require support. But honestly, including rafts is always a good idea. Then there are poses with pronounced overhangs – think A-poses, for instance. In these cases, printing them upside down with supports and a raft usually yields fantastic results. In most situations, you can confidently print these poses at 0% infill with one shell. And yes, higher infills and two shells work just as well!
