This is just a basic training knife for arnis or other martial arts. It's made to have the curved part of the handle butt up against the meat of your thumb, but feel free to play with proportions to get the fit that you like. It's 7mm thick and should feel pretty solid though of course it's not going to have much heft to it. PETG gives a more flexible trainer but I like how the PLA+ feels for this, personally. I originally made this for a training event I was hosting, and I printed out a bunch to give to each attendee. I also put the name and date of the event on the blade, so it would be easy to add designs or logos if you want. This was my first attempt at designing a trainer, and yep it's pretty basic but I was pretty happy with how the handle felt and the blade is serviceable. I'll probably tweak the handle and work harder on a blade design for future trainers.
