TyBot Rolo
thingiverse
A young Boy Scout created an action toy robot figure that only performs good deeds. There have been updates on files 1 & 2 for smoother meshes. To assemble, print the parts in different colors and gather six screws or bolts of varying lengths (M3 bolts were used from a previous TOM build). The fender-to-fork screw should be flat head to avoid tire interference. All three back bolts must pass through and thread into the front half. Glue the fork and wheel halves together, along with the tire, and drill holes for the wire axle. It should spin freely. Drill pilot holes as needed for your screw sizes. Test fit the upper fork assembly between the body sections and trim or file for a proper fit, allowing the fork to swivel. Assemble as shown and glue the lower cannons in place. Have fun!
