Remix of the original design. - Reduced button overall height and added chamfer to match radio face as original. - Stepped button heights as original part - Stepped button actuator heights, reduced all overall to match original part. Still kind of a prototype, this is my first iteration that worked correctly, I removed the semi circular tabs with cutters, also because of my low print quality (I was just testing this new version) I had to remove some inaccuracies on the button actuators which were pressing buttons when the board was screwed back into place. Shaved top corner to give clearance on a screw standoff, etc. I suspect with high print quality this will work ok as is, although you will still need to cut off the semi circle tabs. Printed as is with support. When I print a high quality version I may update this text to suit, and will possibly modify the stl to remove the parts I shaved off. UPDATE - V2 has the tabs removed and some material removed that could cause friction issues in some cases depending on print quality. UPDATE 2 - (V3) Moved standoff round cutout from one corner to other as design was mirrored at some point placing this incorrectly. Reversed direction of chamfer on top of buttons. Moved screwhole standoff to correct side.
