TX02 95mm Racing Frame (1103 motors) F.Version
cults3d
What's new in the final version: Holes for battery strap are now included. Four pillars provide better camera mount durability. In-built arm reinforcement ensures added stability. Easy-to-install flight controllers offer more space for outlets, battery connectors, and micro USB ports. The frame measures 95-100mm in length. Weighing under 16g, the printed model uses 60% infill. 1103/1104 motors are used for optimal performance. 20x20mm flight controllers feature 4mm holes for screws. FPV cameras with TX02/RX01 modules have a hole for buzzer pins behind the camera mount. Be cautious when sliding the camera into its holder, as excessive force can damage electronic components. I encountered this issue myself with my TX02 module, which stopped working after being installed. Soldering a 0.15mm condenser back in place was nearly impossible. Use a secondary adhesive to glue everything together, and reinforce it with tape and weight. This will ensure a secure fit. After printing the reinforcement, keep your printer's hotbed cool before attempting to peel off the print. If you try to remove it while it's still hot, it may bend and not fit properly on the frame. I used KingKong 1103 motors, 20x20mm FC with 10A ESCs, Gemfan 2035 props, and Eachine TX02 cameras in my build. If you print one, please let me know! The PLA-made frame is very fragile, so consider using ABS or carbon fiber for added strength.
