Human-created 3D model designed by ThinkSee3D (https://sketchfab.com/thinksee3d) for the African Rock Art Image Project (http://africanrockart.britishmuseum.org/) at the British Museum was generated using cataloged archival images from the Rock Art project, with only 20 available images used to create this model. We developed this model exclusively for producing a tactile 3D print for visually-impaired individuals, ThinkSee3D performing mesh repairs and enhancing texture of impressed art for handling purposes. South Africa boasts an exceptionally diverse record of rock art worldwide, encompassing vast distances, numerous centuries, and distinct cultural traditions.
