TwoUp-grade

The Q3D TwoUp was a price leader in its time, with one sole purpose: being the lowest-priced 3D printer available. Unfortunately, as the lowest priced DIY printer, it was challenging to get the device to function without serious modifications. The company behind the Q3D is now out of business, having sold thousands of these printers, with the TwoUp being their most popular model. We have developed a kit that transforms your old TwoUp into a high-quality printer capable of consistent and accurate prints. Key features include: - An increased build area measuring 190mm x 180mm x 130mm - A state-of-the-art X-axis gantry anti-sag mechanism - A mounting system for the RAMPS board This kit is designed to be upgradeable to other Proto-Plastik printers, making it a versatile solution. The kit includes everything you need to upgrade: - GT2 belts - GT2 drive pulleys - CenterDrive drive shaft and coupler - A heated bed - A glass build plate Note that the kit is designed for RAMPS version of the TwoUp using the all-metal (E3D style) hot end. It will work with PrintrBoard, but you will need to print a different mount if you want it mounted to the printer. This kit is not compatible with older UBIS PEEK hotends. This is an upgrade kit, requiring you to utilize your existing shafts, Z-axis drive, motors, and electronics.
