I made several small upgrades for my TT Sapphire printer. There is an endstop holder for the X endstop switch now available. You may need shorter than standard M2 screws to attach the endstop to the part. A modified stepper motor mount for the X and Y motors has been added, allowing you to eliminate the 8mm steel rods and reduce rotating mass to minimize ringing effects on prints. Since stock pulleys fit with the 8mm rods, you'll need an adapter for the 5mm shaft of the stepper motor. I designed a quick adapter that's easy to print; it fits snugly on the shaft but doesn't require new pulleys - just use your existing screws. Lastly, there is a modified extruder holder. It relocates the extruder to reduce PTFE tube length. The design consists of two parts due to its mounting requirement to the 6mm top plate. You'll need two M3 12-14mm screws and one M3 8mm screw for assembly. With this mount, my printer runs smoothly with only 40 cm of Capricorn tube. Make sure to align it around the middle of the bed so a shorter PTFE tube can reach the entire bed. This holder is compatible with both stock Titan-style extruders and BMG-style extruders. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'm planning to design a new LCD mount and a new hotend carriage in the near future.
