Sapphire Plus/Pro short extruder mount. Takes the extruder down to about 20cm away. Less if you have another hot end. Simplest design with no modification possible. Uses the existing extruder mount for simplicity. My photos look a bit different, as I CNC'd the prototype. Also designed to hover the extruder over the frame, so its nice and neat. You might have to countersink some of the holes.
