TwoTrees Sapphire plus direct extruder
thingiverse
This is my design to convert the TwoTrees Sepphire plus (SP-5) from bowden to direct extrusion using the original screws, motor and extruder. You may need a longer motor wire (link in the description of my video). I advise you to print the part in PETG or any other material that can withstand temperatures of around 50°C. These are the steps you need to follow to assemble the support: - remove the filament and the bowden tube from the extruder; - disassemble the extruder with the three bolts; - cut the bowden tube to a length of 100 mm and insert it in the hot-end; - assemble the support in the x-carriage with the two bolts; - assemble the the original motor and extruder in the new support. For anything else i suggest you to watch my Youtube video (link in the end). If you have any suggestion please write them in the comments!
