Two wing Airplane / Biplane
thingiverse
Made as a school project to gain hands-on experience with SolidWorks. The model was largely created from scratch, with basic biplane pictures serving as reference points. SolidWorks files are included in this package. I printed it at 80% scale using an Anet A8. The larger parts were printed with a 1 mm nozzle and 0.5 layer height, while the rest were printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.1 layer height. For optimal results, it's best to print the fuselage upright while laying the other components flat on the build plate. Make sure to use skirt or brim support for the smaller parts, as I experienced some issues getting them to adhere properly without these features enabled.
