Two-Wheeled Rover
pinshape
This is a remote control vehicle powered by a high-capacity LiPo battery and two extremely powerful 730 RPM gearmotors from Servocity (#638260). The entire structure, including the wheels, is printed without support using advanced 3D printing technology. The components are securely held together with #10 hardware, except for the gears attached directly to the motors, which use precision 8-32 screws. Two high-torque gearmotors drive the wheels through a system of gears, and their rotation is precisely controlled by Motor-Wheel Clamps with a clearance of just 1 mm.
