Two Way Threaded Screw Fidgeting Toy
prusaprinters

While experimenting with the Two Way Threaded screw as a way to adjust my printer calibration I realized what an awesome fidgeting toy this would make, if the nuts could never leave the screw.

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJt2z7SOnT0"></oembed>

Therefore I quickly created a variant, which is closed of on both ends, and has a printer friendly set of angles. It is printable without support.

First, print two nuts, one left sided nut, one right sided nut. After that print the fidget toy, and define a stop point around the middle. Once the printer stopped put on the nuts and resume printing. Once the print is finished you have got an awesome fidgeting toy to play around with. Quite addictive actually ;).

My massive thanks for this goes to the Prusaprinters User Ehrich, whose designs I took as a basis for that. The nuts are actually unmodified versions of his left and right sided nuts.
