Two-way Rotation to Clockwise with Ratcheting Gear Mechanism
thingiverse
This mechanism converts two-way rotation (clockwise or counter-clockwise) and outputs only one-way clockwise rotation, driven from the middle gear. It's based on an innovative design by Maker's Muse that I found captivating, so I decided to recreate it myself. Additionally, I aimed to make it easy to print and simple to assemble. My first prototype performed flawlessly, so I made some improvements. Although it should work without issues, there might be a problem with the hole sizes or ratchets. If you encounter any difficulties, please let me know, and I'll do my best to address them. My next priority is to design a better ratchet gear, as the current one is too shallow and allows excessive slip.
