40mm fan (e.g. 4020) E3D V6 adjustable hotend mount for Sapphire S - it allows to slide side fans and ducts to set proper positions. This mount also includes a BLTouch mount (DX=0mm, DY=31mm). Important notes: 1. The printing head will be lifted up, so you may need to install a new Z endstop. 2. The sliders have little clearance, so you should file or sandpaper them to ensure smooth movement. Bill of Materials: * Bracket * 3 fan plates * 2 ducts * 4 spacers * BLTouch mount Fasteners: * 2 M4x8 ball heads (or 2 M4x12, 2 M4 nuts for BLTouch), 2 M4 washers - bracket * 2 M3x14(16) - front plate * 8 M2x10 - ducts/side fans * 4 M3 bolts - 4020 fan * 2 M2x20(25), 2 M2 nuts, 2 M2 washers - adjustment bolts * 2 M3x6, 2 M3 nuts - BLTouch I recommend printing the bracket with a stiff material like carbon fiber composite filament and high infill. Use washers to attach it securely.
