I've designed a new motor mount that positions the weight of the motor directly on the rail, eliminating any overhang from the side. The design was created using Tinkercad, so it may not be flawless in every detail but it effectively serves my needs. To assemble this mount, you'll need four M3 by 8mm button head screws to secure it firmly to the rail.
