TWO TREES SAPPHIRE PRO (SP-3) 3D Printer top enclosure / top cover
prusaprinters
Hi!This is my complete top enclosure (top cover) project for Two Trees Sapphire Pro (SP-3) with 3D printed brackets and acrylic panels. It could be used with different printers after scaling acrylic parts. Enclosure is high enough to work with standard Bowden tube which is quite long.In Sapphire Pro I am using magnets for better positioning and better fixation with steel flat genuine bolts, it is additional feature, you don't have to use it.3D PRINTED PARTS3D printer parts are in two versions (A and B), you can mix them together:A - with threaded M3 inserts and nuts (4mm holes for inserts),B - with M3 screws directly into the plastic (2,6mm holes).Files are in 3MF and STEP formats, so you could easily make some changes.ACRYLIC PANELSAcrylic panels (I am using PMMA in that realisation) have to be 3mm thick. If you don't have cutout for Bowden tube, LEFT_PLEXI could be the same as RIGHT_PLEXI.Files are in DXF format.OTHER PARTSFor A version:24x threaded M3 inserts (e.g. Bossard 1430904 or 1385607),16x M3 hex nuts,40x M3x8 screws (you can use longer screws for TOP_BRACKET),4x 10x3 magnets with hole for M3 screw (it is not necessary, without magnets there are 4 screws and 4 inserts less). For B version: 40x M3x8 screws (you can use longer screws for TOP_BRACKET),4x 10x3 magnets with hole for M3 screw (it is not necessary, without magnets there are 4 screws less).
