The mount is designed for the E3D V6 heatsink, the standard 3010 hotend fan and two standard model 4010 fans. It completely replaces the standard metal bracket and fan holder. Key Features: 1. Fastening the belts at the optimal distance from the edges and at the optimal height. 2. The maximum possible print area (300x300x344 at factory 300x300x350). 3. Air nozzles do not touch the screw guides, as well as the clamps of the table. 4. The belts are fastened in the back part by threading through the fixing teeth, and in the front part - with staples after tensioning. That is, you can quickly tighten or loosen the belts. 5. In front there is a platform for attaching a "hitch", a BLTouch sensor or an inductive sensor. A special bracket is needed for the desired sensor. 6. Sensor mounting bracket, fans are fastened with snaps. In order for them to retain their properties longer, it is recommended not to snap, but to slide. 7. Channels are provided for wiring the model blowing fans. 8. The model has great rigidity. Many times higher than the native metal mount. This is achieved due to the thickness of the plastic and the tightening fastening from below. 9. Holes for cable ties and wires are provided in the upper part. 10. Extruder - regular BMG (direct). Максимально возможная зона печати (300x300x344 при заводских 300x300x350). 3. Сопла обдува не задевают за винтовые направляющие, а также зажимы стола. 4. Ремни крепятся в задней части путём продевания в фиксирующие зубцы, а в передней части – скобами, после натягивания. То есть, можно быстро подтянуть или ослабить ремни. 5. Спереди предусмотрена площадка для крепления «навески», датчика BLTouch или индуктивного датчика. Под нужный датчик нужна особая скоба. 6. Скоба крепления датчика, крепление вентиляторов сделано на защёлках. Чтобы они дольше сохранили свои свойства, рекомендуется не защёлкивать, а задвигать. 7. Для проводки вентиляторов обдува модели предусмотрены каналы. 8. Модель обладает огромной жёсткостью. Во много раз выше чем родное металлическое крепление. Это достигается за счёт толщины пластика и стягивающего крепления снизу. 9. В верхней части предусмотрены отверстия для стяжек, для проводов. 10. Экструдер – штатный BMG (директ). Мотор крепится к нему. ВАЖНО! Необходимы 2 винта под шестигранник с полукруглой головкой, ISO 7380 35xМ4. Другие не подойдут!
