Version 1 features a 5mm offset on the y-axis, paired with a fan that operates within the 30-40 mm range. Version 2 incorporates a fan operating within the same 30-40 mm range, albeit one that may come into contact with the top belt bearing, necessitating an extension of the x-axis stopper by 2mm to prevent interference. Version 3 specifically caters to a 30mm fan in front, accompanied by an additional z height. The hot-end is positioned 5mm towards the back, thus eliminating any loss in y-axis movement and mitigating the risk of colliding with the left belt bearing. This setup also accommodates a sensor with a diameter of 5.2 mm. Mounts can be printed using Cura, utilizing support structures that adhere to the bed through the Enable Support Brim feature for enhanced stickiness on small supports. Ducts and the front E3D mount can be printed without support, laid flat on the bed. Two M4 hex screws measuring 18mm are required to secure the front assembly. For attaching the hotend to the printer, the existing M4 screws should be turned and screwed into place within the model.
