Version 1 with a 5mm offset on the y-axis - Fan 30-40 mm. Version 2: Fan 30-40 mm, be aware that this version may bump into the top belt bearing, so you'll need to extend the x-axis stopper by 2mm. Version 3: Fan 30 mm only, plus extra z height. Version 4: Adjustable height - Not published. Version 5: Fan 30 mm only, Volcano, separate sensor mount, adjustable height, more robust mount to plate, and a shorter duct for reliability. I also added small wire holders. Here is version 5 of the mount for E3DV6. I made some modifications to make it more reliable. The stronger fitting to the back plate prevents breaking. There's a separate mount for the sensor that makes printing easier (2 parts). The height is adjustable, and I got 238 mm out of Sapphire S on Z. Watch your Y is 200 mm. Ducts can be printed without support by laying them flat on the bed. You need two M4 hex screws, 18mm to mount the front. To mount the hotend to the printer, you'll need longer M4 screws to tighten the sensor in place. I added the Volcano with an extra 8.7 mm of length. I haven't tested it personally, but I assume it will work. Suggest printing the duct without support and disable support for Fan overhangs. Add 100% infill for the mount to the printer for strength. I used a Pinda version 2 sensor m8 for it. It works great. Place it about 2mm higher than the nozzle. In advanced autolevel (second tab) of the structure menu, you can see if it's activated. On the large site, you'll find instructions on how to install the sensor.
