Two Trees Bluer JB Mod

Hello, this is my cooling solution and custom mount for two trees bluer. This is the origin of my direct drive mod.

About the cooling solution:
My objective was making the maintenance easier, so the access to everything is easier, the heatblock and nozzle is visible and the cables are not constrained on the mount and finally the hotend is mounted to the carriage. And use only the stock cooling components.

The ducts are derivate from the Voron Design Project. (vorondesign.com) and all the credit goes to them. I only adapted to work with my mount.

Some facts that you need to be aware:

Only use this mod if you know what you are doing!!!
I use a v6 block and nozzle with an ender3 throat, so the nozzle height is lower compared to stock hot end. You can use something similar our put your throat lower on the heatsink (i personally don't recommend that)
The bltouch offset is: X=+41.6 and Y=+8.7 mm
The ducts should be 4.5mm higher than the nozzle tip.
You will need the stock bolts, two m3 x 20mm , four m3 x 12mm, one m3 nut and one m3 x 16 and four brass threaded inserts mm and some small plastic screws for the fans.

I added the step file for the mount, so is possible to modify to your needs.

Print instructions

Only the fan duct mount need supports on the botton. everything else should print with no supports.
I recommend printing this parts in ABS(or PETG?), 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters, 20% infill and 5 botton and top layers.
