This 3D model was initially built using Sketchup 8 before being converted to various other 3D file formats. Its native format remains .skp, while the 3ds Max scene is compatible with version 2016, rendering with Vray 3.00. Similar to its original counterpart, this iteration features an alternate stair and elevator layout. Specifically, the elevator dimensions have been expanded to a larger size of 1 by 2 meters, incorporating a unique switchback staircase design. To add another level of variety, the elevator door is positioned directly adjacent to the tower entrance, allowing for an optional choice between these two distinct stair designs, as seen from the rear elevation.
